At Andy, we want you to love your fit. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup; we will notify you once the package reaches our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
